2023 marks the 10th anniversary of “the Belt and Road Initiative” (BRI). Anhui Conch Group has actively practiced the BRI, vigorously implemented the international development strategy, and invested in Indonesia, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Uzbekistan, and other countries. Now it has 43 overseas companies in 20 countries and regions, nearly 4500 overseas employees, and its business scope covers the world.
In Oct 2013, the Conch Group started business in Myanmar. In the past decade, Anhui Conch Group Burma Region has overcome the influence of multiple adverse factors and made great efforts. Up to now, the Group has formed two cement base companies, one sales and logistics service company, and one automobile transit warehouse, becoming one of the largest cement manufacturers in Myanmar.

Because of the company's prosperous production and operation, they have obtained opportunities for employment and income improvement and improved the lives of themselves and their families.
In the Myanmar region, various measures have been taken to improve the skill level of the post personnel through the Silk Road talent training, the opening of Chinese classes, "one-to-one" team support, and pre-job training tracking. In the first quarter, the selection and promotion of Myanmar supervisors and above management personnel 18 people, the current management localization rate exceeds 50%.
